Project management – Reporting
This activity will cover every activity needed for the coordination of activities which will guarantee improvement while being confronted with responsibilities, means, resources, monitoring and evaluation procedures, indicators, time-frames linkages with other WPs and contingencies.
Confict resolutions and project meeting
This Activity will take care of managing possible conflicting needs and actions/opinion among partnership about objectives interpretations, paths to achieve results or methodologies in producing outputs. The project meetings structure is designed to ensure a clear communication face to face between partners covering reasonably the entire project’s span of time.
This activity will be taken care of by the steering committee and the scientific board. Both panels will ensure that generic deliverables (web site, communication plan, quality plan etc.) and Intellectual Outputs have a high level of scientific and methodological quality.
